Our Cube went on its first significant road trip in mid-June with our newest staffer, associate web editor Jeffrey Jablansky, at the helm.
As Jeffrey soon found out, embarking on a 20-hour drive in an unfamiliar car -- especially one with such a quirky personality -- is like going on vacation with someone you've just met: you quickly become acutely aware of attributes, good and bad, that under normal circumstances would have taken much longer to discover.Young Jeffrey drove from Ann Arbor to New York City then on to Newport, Rhode Island and back to Ann Arbor in a single weekend, racking up over 1700 miles in the process.
